According to the Chapter 20 of the Criminal Code of Mongolia, crimes against public safety and interests include deliberate misrepresentation of terrorism, incitement to terrorism and justify him/her in public, organized crime groups, illegal possession of firearms, ammunition and explosives, illegal prepare firearms, negligence in the protection of firearms, ammunition and explosives, illegal use of drugs and psychotropic substances, providing accommodation for the use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, misappropriation of drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal cultivation of narcotic plants, disposal of hazardous waste, toxic chemicals and hazardous substances, sale and distribution of unhygienic food products, commissioning of low quality buildings and structures, Illegal production, import, sale and distribution of drugs, bio-preparations and medical devices, leave animals without proper protection that may endanger the environment, disturb the peace of the community.
